Returns & Refunds / Exchange Policy

We accept exchanges only if the product is damaged or lost during transit. To request an exchange, please email us at info@tamilmaram.in within 3 days of delivery. Make sure to provide your order number, name, address, delivery date, and a brief description of the issue. Once your request is approved, we will complete the process within 7 business days. If a replacement is needed, a new package will be sent; otherwise, a refund will be processed.
Important
A continuous video showing the opening of the package is required to claim any damage during transit—please ensure there are no pauses or stops.
How Will I Get a Refund for My Cancelled Orders and How Long Will It Take?
Refunds for approved cancellations will be credited back to your original method of payment within 7 working days. If you paid online, the refund will reflect in your bank statement within this period.
Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your order only if it has not yet been dispatched from our warehouse. A cancellation charge of ₹50/- will apply for orders cancelled before dispatch. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellations cannot be processed.
